Well ... it doesn't hurt that we have a new photo studio set up with professional lighting. I'm thinking now that, for the Williamsburg and other doll shows, I should create little vignettes -- rooms with props for the dolls to be doing something appropriate and period -- like taking tea or reviewing a draft of the Constitution over ale and cigars. The possibilities are innumerate.Here is "the Poppet who wants to be a Moppet" finally finished and Mrs. Hamilton having tea with another lady in a chemise a la reine. Should we have a contest to name her? What do you think?
