Meet Veronica (and her little cat, too)

Here is Veronica, the little girl from the inspiration painting I posted a few blogs back. I decided to add a cat in the style of many of the primitive paintings of children and a toy miniature stagecoach that's been hanging around the basement for a few years! Veronica, like the girl in the portrait, is dressed in blue velvet with a gathered and pleated bodice. From head to toe, the doll stands about 9 inches tall.
